I am very grateful for agape car service once when I had a ride scheduled the driver came early and when I stepped into the car he had an angry face so I asked the driver what's happening and the driver told me that he had to wait for me so I called the supervisor and he was sorry for what happened and he told me that he wouldn't send me this driver again also today I had a driver who told me he's from Pakistan he was extremely polite and he told me that he appreciates this country

A delight to find a happy, polite young driver who spoke helpfully to a senior with a hearing impediment. Navindra Deepan’s kind approach provided me such a wonderful drive home.

Nazir is a kind, diligent, and punctual driver. He drives very safely and arrived at my house early. He called to confirm my ride. As a disabled person without a car, I have to rely on the transportation companies to get to all of my appointments. I’m very grateful for him and Agape transportation!

Agape is very reliable the best for transportation pickups. They’re always communicative and on time! The best part is you can track your car just like Uber or Lyft. I’ve had horrible experiences with other taxi services and they’re never on time to pickup. Cars and drivers are friendly and attentive which is also a plus. Highly recommend.

Must confirm name & address before beginning trip. Agape transportation gives 1 hour & 30 minutes intro for new drivers which is totally useless, instead they should have given intro on how to use the driver App. Unable to keep track of driver earnings & total trip completion from day to day. Waze navigation doesn’t work properly with driver App.

01/2022 Getting better... hopefully this trend will continue??? Now, if they could just have the drivers stop telling me to "hurry up" I'd give them 5 stars. I understand time is money but I can hardly walk. Update: 2/3/25 Drivers are still telling me to "hurry up". I have mobility issues. Also they complain that my rollator is "too big" I'm tired of hearing it! I can't walk without it!
